Customer Complaint Support Investigation support - assisting QA lead with customer complaints via lab analysis. Analytical techniques - using viscometry, FTIR and Lapshear to investigate product properties. Laboratory experience - assisting with detailed product investigations. Audit Support Quality Audits - assisting in managing site audit process. Your Background: The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience: Highly proficient in SAP and Labworks (or similar).
